Hey there! I just love easy and cheap décor crafts, don’t you ?! I shared one of my Winter mason jar projects on Instagram last week, so I thought I would share with y’all how easy it was! It’s been quite the challenge transitioning from my Christmas décor to keeping it neutral for Winter. I haven’t even taken my Christmas tree down yet (I’m not crazy I swear). For these crafts, you will need some mason jars, a glue gun, Epsom salt, snow paint, and mini trees. I grabbed the snow paint and mini trees at JoAnn Fabric and they were 75% off. Can’t beat that! Even if you go to Michaels, you can use a 40-50% off coupon and they will be a good price I’m sure.
For the first project, I glued the mini trees to the cover and put some Epsom salt in the jar. Then I twisted the cover back on, flipped it upside down, and project complete! How easy was that?!
I think they are so cute! They add the perfect rustic and shabby-chic look to your Winter décor.
This was another easy one! I put the Epsom salt in the bottom, dropped the trees in, painted the top of the jar with the snow paint, and tied twine around it. Come on guys, you have to try this.
I also made this cute jar with the pinecones. I added lace to the jar and hot glued it so it would stay. Then, I used my hot glue gun to glue twine to the pinecones. I added Epsom salt to the bottom and a little tea light!
